Refunds & Returns Policy
At posše, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear that moves with you. To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, we have a strict policy on returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or if the wrong item was sent. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any items that have been worn, tried on, washed, or removed from their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items purchased during promotions or final sale events. Requests made after the 7-day return window will not be accommodated. Returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind are not allowed.
How to Request a Return?
If your item is defective or incorrect, please email us at possewear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
